自然の中で、自分に似たもの探すワークを行いました。
このワークを教えてくれたのは、お友達のゆきえちゃん。一言で紹介するなら「The 自然」な人です。
場所は、大好きな愛知県森林公園で。
ワークのルールは簡単です。
自然の中から自分に似たものを探してくる。
30分くらいかけて、木を触ってみたり、足元に注目してみたりして、自分に似ているものを探しました。
そこで見つけた、僕に似たものとは。
「丘」
理由は、いくつも浮かんできました。
- どっしりしている
- 全体を見守っている
- なんか登りたくなる（関わりたくなる）
- 番人ウケはしない
- まったりした気分になる
いかがでしょう？僕らしいですか？
自然にあるものと、自分を結びつける体験は、初めてで新鮮でした。
今までと違う目線で、公園内を歩くことができました。
そして、自分ってどんな存在なんだろうかを、気持ちよく考えることができました。
たぶん、その時の気分や季節によって、感じることは変わるので、またやってみたいと思います。
次は、どんなものを探し出すことができるか楽しみです。
